I went there today for the first time. I had the brisket and fries with gravy. The food was good and the staff was friendly. The only thing I had bad to say is that the gravy was a bit thin and runny. But overall I would recommend this place to my friends. Also had a couple of wings from my nieces plate. Very nicely done very little breading if any and a great smokey flavour

Just stopped in for lunch and the food was amazing the pulled pork and brisket was so delicious. The portions was very good for the price. Kevin was super friendly and hospitable. You should give him a raise.You won’t regret stopping in.

First time going to a sports bar. Love how people there cheered when there's a fight on TV 😂😂😂Actually, I went there for the experience, but wow, the foods were actually great. We ordered brisket and burgers. The brisket was soft and tasty. Best brisket I've ever had in Windsor. The server is nice, too. She was friendly and quick.

MD's is part of the outstanding Sandwich Town restaurant/bar landscape that makes the area fantastic. With a female smoke pit boss, the food and sides are all delicious. Too notch service, a good selection of libations, and friendly customers all combine for a great time.

An average sports bar with limited beer selection but the smoked ribs are so good. There are several sauces to choose from. I went with Dr Pepper chipotle as suggested by the bartender and loved it. A good sized bowl of fresh homemade potato salad instead of French fries. Basically go for the food!!!

The gentleman serving was great, cracked jokes, constant attention guests needs, and did an overall fantastic job. The food was hit or miss, the brisket was great juicy, and super flavorful, the chicken was good a little on the dry side but the sauce helped big time, the ribs were not great I think they may have been forgotten in the smoker, tough, dry and kinda tasted funny. I would give them another try just because other reviews rave about the ribs and I feel I got a bad batch but the overall experience was good.

Food is always on point! I'd say my favorite on the menu is their pizza! The cheese pull is amazing!!The servers are all very welcoming and accommodating.It's always such a great place to come and hang out with friends, get some food, have some drinks and watch the games!

Best Brisket in Windsor, Hands Down! I order regularly. I love their other food too, but the brisket dinner is where it's at! So much so I order it every time now (which is more often then I like to admit.lol) The bbq sauces are amazing, and I always make sure to get extra pickles bcus they are sooo good too! 😋 I never not eat the whole dinner, it's THAT good! It's on the other side of the city for me, but its worth the drive everytime! It's a small bar so its easy to miss, so make sure to look for it! Glad zi found it. (I usually get take out though.)

We went to celebrate my son’s 19th last night, The waitress was wonderful! She went above and beyond and the food as always, was perfection. The potato salad is a must and the meats are always done perfectly. And again, the customer service. Can’t say enough! 5 stars across the board!

This is our go to for great reasonably priced bbq. The food is so good. The pickled peach salad is great. The jalepeno sauce is amazing. The breakfast burrito is craveable. The bbq platter is definitely the way to go. The brisket is sooo good!

Small cozy restaurant bar. Everybody seems to be friendly there even the customers. They are really big on smoke meat I visit this place a few times. I cannot complain

The ribs are a must! We got the platter it comes with ribs, brisket, pulled pork, chicken, 2 sides, buns and 4 sauces. The smoked ribs fall apart so tender, with it without the sauces they provide are great! Brisket tonight was just as tender and fell apart nicely! Next time we’re just getting brisket and ribs.

It's probably the best brisket in Windsor. Great music, great people, great place to just chill and hang out, and watch some sports. Their wings are also great, recommended with cajun seasoning.

Great food and great atmosphere. This place has awesome food and great service. There are always a lot of laughs to be had here! Very friendly casual vibe. Beers are reasonably priced which is nice to find these days!

Another dive bar with really good food.4 of us had a pulled pork sandwich a pizza, Mac and cheese and Brisket.The pizza was really doughy so if that's your thing you'll like it. Pulled pork sandwich was excellent and the fries were also very good. The Brisket was moist and tasty. If you ever go there definitely have the Mac and cheese .I'd park on the street if I were you because the small lot is shared with other businesses with a lot of cars coming and going

This place is amazing. Saw lots of good reviews and had to check it out. Ribs and brisket were fab. Pizzas looked amazing. Great value for huge portions. We’ll be back!!Update: Sadly second time back the food wasn't great. Ribs and brisket were pretty dry. I guess it's still good value for money based on what other BBQ places are charging but unfortunately we were disappointed. Ribs were definitely on the small side. Service was still great.

A coworker mentioned this place. The BBQ platter portion was smaller than I expected but the food was really good. I like my pulled pork saucy but other than that, very tasty. I enjoyed the brisket. The chicken sandwich is a must-try and the fries were really good! My daughter liked the mac and cheese. We will be back for the chicken sandwich for sure.

Hidden gem. Beer selection isn't great (no craft selection... just PBR, Bud, and the like).The bbq/smoked foods are excellent. Haven't had anything that wasn't great. We tried it once and now and up going by a couple times a month.Understand that it isn't a fancy place, but doesn't matter to me. The key here is the food. Live music weekly. Great people watching too.I highly recommend you give it a try.

As soon as you walk in, the smell gets you. It’s so good! You just know you’re about to eat some delicious food. Had the poutine with my brisket burger, I liked that they used real cheese curds. Could not finish the burger as I was about to explode. My son enjoyed the Mac and cheese and had the fried chicken. Will definitely go back! 3 meals, upgraded to poutine, drinks and tip, $100.

When we drove up to MD's Sports Bar, I had my doubts. It didn't really look like somewhere I would go. This is where my friends wanted to eat though, so I was in.Let me just say that I'm not into sports, nor into bars, so it was just not looking like my thing.We went in and were able to choose our seating. Since two of us do not like tall seats, we chose a U shaped booth which turned out to be the perfect size for the 5 of us.There was only one waitress on staff on that Friday night, but we only knew that because we asked since we had been watching her. You'd never know it though. She took care of all of the tables so well.My husband and I are gluten-free and onion-free dye to severe intolerance. I was happy to find that they had options that would work for us.Let me talk about the fries first. I'm not usually a fries person. They just are not usually worth the calories in my opinion. Well, I was hungry, so I ordered the meal which included home cut fries (after finding out that they do not dust them in flour). Let me tell you, they were probably the best fries I have had in my life!!!! They were nice and hot, super crispy on the outside, and a perfect soft on the inside. Absolute perfection.Now for the meat.While our friends ordered burgers (which they said were amazing), my husband and I ordered two different things so we could try them. I had the pulled pork. Oh my goodness. It was so incredibly moist and tender. The sauce was on the side, so I could put however much I wanted. I got the Dr. Pepper sauce. All I can say is YUMMM. I ended up using it on my fries too so that I was not wasting a drop.My husband ordered "just the meat" brisket (we were sharing my fries). Again, this was so incredibly moist and tender. I did think 2 pieces on the plate looked kind of skimpy when I first saw it, to be honest. However, when all was said and done, we had the perfect amount of food for the two of us, and the bill was just under $30. I'd say that's a big win.Totally worth every nickel.I enjoyed the food so much that I'm thinking of bringing my staff there for a holiday dinner out. An odd choice for 5 women who are not into sports, but ohhhhh the food!!!!
